I, Pride Bradshaw, of the County of Stoddard in the State of Missouri, do make and publish this my last will and testament. First: It is my will that my funeral expenses and all my just debts be fully paid. Second: I give devise and bequeath to My Eldest Son William Bradshaw one dollar and to his heirs and assigned forever Third: I give and devise to my Eldest daughter Elizabeth Underwood wife of Samuel Underwood one dollar and to her heirs and assigns forever. Fourth: I give and devise to my Second daughter Polly Lovesey the wife of John Lovesey one dollar and to her heirs and assigns forever. Fifth: I give and devise to my son Jonas Bradshaw one dollar and to his heirs and assigns forever. Sixth, I give and devise to my son Robinson Bradshaw one dollar and to his heirs and assigns forever. Seventh, I give and devise to my daughter Rebecca George wife of Jesse George one dollar and to her heirs and assigns forever. Eighth, I give and devise to my Son Larkin Bradshaw the North East quarter of the South west quarter of Section twenty eight in Township twenty nine North of Range eleven East in the district of land Subject to Sale at Jackson Missouri containing forty acres and to his heirs and assigns forever. Ninth, I give and devise to my son Josiah Bradshaw the South East quarter of the north East quarter of Section twenty eight in Township twenty nine North of range Eleven East in the district of land Subject to sale at Jackson Missouri containing forty acres and his Heirs and assigns forever. Tenth, and the balance of my property I want sold on a twelve month credit and the money to be equally divided with my son Oliver P. Bradshaw and my son Larkin Bradshaw and son Josiah Bradshaw and their heirs and assigns forever. And lastly I hereby, constitute and appoint my son Oliver P. Bradshaw to be the Executor to this my last will and testament revoking and annulling all former Wills by me made and ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament. In testimony where of I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this August the 2nd day 1848.
