GERMANY — GERMANY — Thomas Ray Bailey of Germany passed away September 20, 2013.

Mr. Bailey was born October 6, 1946 in Mullensville, W.Va. to the late, Kenner and Frances Bailey.

After retiring from the United States Army, Mr. Bailey taught German and computer at Pikeview High School in Princeton, W.Va. before moving to Germany in 1998 with his wife and youngest daughter.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by daughter, Angela Jean Bailey Fox; brothers, Johnny, David, Stevie, and Larry; and sisters, Peggy Haga and Delcie Lyons.

Survived by wife of 46 years, Annelie Bailey; children, Shari Beyers, Chris Bailey, and Ashley Bailey; sisters, Janice Bailey and Judy McAmish; and a brother, Donald Bailey; 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Services to be held at Arlington National Cemetery.
