Mrs. E. W. Loyd, the aged mother of Mrs. John Atkinson, died at the residence of her daughter in East Brainerd, on Tuesday, June 25th, of old age. The funeral services were held at the house yesterday afternoon, Rev. T. M. Edmands officiating. Mrs. Loyd was an earnest Christian lady, beloved by all who knew her.
