MARGARET BAXTER

Mrs. Margaret Stone Baxter, 80, of 2245 Monroe, died Monday at her home of natural causes.
Mrs. Baxter was born April 24, 1894, in Ogden, a daughter of Fredrick William and Nellie F. Pearce Stone.
On June 24, 1917, she was married to Lawrence A. Baxter in Ogden. The marriage was later solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple.
He died Dec. 17, 1959.
She was a lifelong resident of Ogden, and attended Ogden City schools. She was a member of the 31st LDS Ward and had been a Relief .Society teacher. She had been a member of Daughters of Utah Pioneers, Camp F.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Oliver (Fawn) Woodward Ogden; Mrs. Rupert (Virginia) Vollrath, San Francisco, Calif.; four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at Lindquist and Sons Colonial Chapel with Bishop L. Dwight Pincock officiating.
Friends may call at the mortuary Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday one hour prior to services. Interment will be in the Ogden City Cemetery.
