Sarah A. Diggle, 73, died at 8:30 p.m. Friday (Feb. 6, 2004) at the Apostolic Christian Home of Roanoke.

She was born on Sept. 30, 1930 in Waldo Township to Albert and Rose Blunier Funk. She was preceded in death by one sister and one granddaughter. She married John Diggle on June 18, 1950 in Gridley. He survives.

Also surviving are four daughters, Jane Diggle, Debbie (Dave) Meiss, Tammi (Gary) Leman and Kathy (Andy) Pflederer; one son, John (Kathy) Diggle; one brother, Jim (LouAnn) Funk; one sister, Edith (Allan) Freed and 13 grandchildren.
