Funeral services for Erain Betty Smith, 91, 1604 Maple St., Niles, are Monday at 2 p.m. at the Hoven Funeral Home, Buchanan, by Rev. William Pollock of the Apostolic Christian Tabernacle of Niles. Burial will follow at Mission Hills Memorial Gardens, Niles.
Mrs. Smith died 7:35 p.m., Thursday, of natural causes at the Silverbrook Nursing Home.
She was born on Aug. 6, 1906, in Tenn., and lived in Niles for eight years.
Mrs. Smith was married to Aubrey Smith in Sept. 17, 1921.
She was a member of the Apostolic Christian Tabernacle of Niles.
Smith is survived by her son, Russell Smith of Tenn.; James Smith of Vandalia; surviving daughters include Charlotte Carpenter of Niles; and Shelva Smith Polk of Nashville, Tenn.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Aubrey Smith, who died on July 20, 1990, and one daughter, Clatie Smith.
Friends may call 4 through 8 l.m. on Sunday at the Hoven Funeral Home in Buchanan.
