Mina J. Kapper, 60, of Chatsworth, died at 3:27 p.m. Saturday (April 23, 1994) at her residence. She had been ill.

She was born June 16, 1933 in Parkersburg, the daughter of Albert Bauman and Pearl Framces Halsey. Three sisters and one brother preceded her in death. She married Edwin Kapper Sr. on Nov. 24, 1955 in Olney. He survives.

Other survivors are two sons, Edwin Kapper Jr. and Thomas Kapper; two daughters, Janet Rich and Cindy Hanauer; two brothers, George Halsey and Alan Halsey and four grandchildren.
