Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 14, at St. Peter Catholic Church in Marshall. Father Kevin Gormley will officiate. Prayer service will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 13, at the church. Visitation will be from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the church. Burial will be in Ridge Park Cemetery in Marshall. Memorials are suggested to St. Peter Catholic Church Building Fund or the American Cancer Society in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall.
Born Jan. 22, 1965, in Quincy, Ill., she was the daughter of Joseph Sanders and Leota Hildebrand Sanders, who survive of Marshall. On May 20, 1989, she married Arthur E. "Bucky" Failor, who survives of the home. She had lived in Marshall since 1978, moving from Quincy, and was a 1983 graduate of Marshall High School. She was associate manager at Consumer's in Marshall until it closed. She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church and its parish council and was involved in many activities at St. Peter School. She was active in the American Cancer Society for many years.
Additional survivors include one son, Quinten Failor of the home; one stepson, Randall Failor of Marshall; one sister, Teresa Callahan of Westminister, Colo.; and several nieces and nephews.
