She was a very special wife, mother and grandmother and will be dearly missed by all of her family and friends. Survivors include her husband of 53 years, retired USCG CDR William Thomas Troutman of Clifton, Virginia, brother and sister-in-law, Ron and Mable Wilhoit of Greeneville, Tennessee, children Dr. Brad Troutman of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, Denise Mach of Herndon, Virginia, and Michael Troutman of Manassas, Virginia, and seven grandchildren: William Cameron Troutman, Derrick Richard Troutman, Elijah Denali Troutman, Benjamin Seylar Troutman, Ryan Connor Mach, Carson Kenneth Mach, and Kelsie Reagan Troutman.
Her remains have been cremated and will be interred at Arlington National Cemetery. A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 28, 2013 at 2 p.m. at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Reston, Virginia. A reception will follow nearby at the Mach's residence.
