ARMENTROUT Robert Armentrout II, age 52, of Columbus, passed away Wednesday, August 16, 2000 in Marengo. Robert was a Marine in the Vietnam War. He worked for Ohio Bell for 24 years and then became a Substance Abuse Counselor. Graduated from Columbus State Community College with an Associate Degree. Robert was also a loving brother and a good friend to all. Preceded in death by parents Robert and Edna Armentrout. Survived by sisters and brothers-in-law, Roberta and Elden Yates of Galena, Sandy and Russ Wineka of Monrovia, Ind.; brother and sister-in-law, Joe E. and Brenda Armentrout of Columbus; 15 nephews and nieces; 25 great-nephews and nieces. Friend 3rd sister Betty Masters and a special thanks to Kelly and Paul Bargnesi. Funeral service Saturday 10 a.m. at MILLER FUNERAL HOME, 2697 Columbus St., Grove City. Visitation is Friday from 4-9 p.m. at the funeral home. The family will also receive friends 1 hour prior to service. Pastor Donald Allman officiating. Interment Union Cemetery. Memorials may be given to the Hospice of Morrow County, P.O. Box 86, Mt. Gilead, Oh. 43338 or Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital, 300 West 10th Ave., Columbus, Oh. 43210.
