He was the son of the late Adolphus and Violet (Small) Frock.
Mr. Frock was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, New Oxford; a life member of Green Springs Rod and Gun Club; and an avid fan of the Baltimore Orioles. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, crafting in his workshop, and music.
"Hops" retired from Bethlehem Steel Quarry, Hanover, after 40 years of service.
He was the husband of Janet I. (Rummel) Frock, to whom he was married for 61 years, and, in addition to her, is survived by two daughters, Patricia A. Lahman, Hanover, and Barbara J. Frock, East Berlin; one son, Howard A. Frock Jr., New Oxford; three grandchildren, one great-grandson, three step-grandchildren and two step great-grandchildren; two sisters, Bertha Hoover, New Oxford, and Pauline Nitchman, Hanover; and a brother, Paul S. Frock, Hanover. He was preceded in death by a sister, Alta Gouker; a brother, Edmond Frock; and a half-brother, Harold Wentz.
