RIVER VICTIM TO BE BURIED TODAY
Riverton, July 1. - Funeral services for John Avolt, Riverton coal miner who was drowned in the Sangamon river Friday night, will be held at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon at the residence of his sister, Mrs. L.G. Duncan.
Decendent is survived by the following sisters and brothers, Mrs. Maggie Volkmar, Mrs. L.G. Duncan, Thomas Avolt and Dave Avolt.
Mr. Parks, pastor of the Methodist church, officiating.
Burial will be in Oak Hill cemetery.
