Sarah Edwards Peoples, 91, of Louisburg died Saturday, Aug. 31, 2013 at Louisburg Nursing Center. She was born March 25, 1922 to the late Isham Hamlin and Lula Ethel Dunn Edwards.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Lassiter Peoples, Sr.
She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and worked with Justice Manufacturing Company for several years.
Funeral services were Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2013 at Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services Chapel. The Rev. Kellie Gallagher-Smith officiated.
Interment followed in Lancaster Memorial Park.
