Gladys May Poole May, 62 395 E 39th South, died Friday, 2 p.m. of cancer in a local hospital.

Born Sept. 5, 1902, Lancaster, England to Edwin and Emily Skinner Poole. Married Albert D. May, Oct. 8, 1921, Salt Lake City. Member, Millcreek Ward, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Worked in Primary and Relief Society. Came to United States in 1906.

Survivors: husband; sons, William E., Keith L., Murray; Albert E., Condon, Ore.; brothers, sisters, George, Harry, Mrs. Alice Michels, Mrs. Margaret O'Brien, all Salt Lake City; Leonard, Reginald, Robert, Murray; Arthur, San Bernardino, Calif.; Mrs. Elsie Martell, Van Nuys, Calif.; Mrs. Florence Meadows, Holladay; Mrs. Thomas (Hattie) Rishton, West Jordan.

Funeral, Monday, 2:30 p.m., Murray 16th Ward chapel, 6300 S. 6th West. Friends call Sunday, 7 to 9 p.m., at 4760 S. State and Monday at the church one hour before services. Burial, Lake Hills Cemeter, Sandy.
