William J. Goodyear died Sunday evening at his home, 1335 Cowden Street, after an illness of a year.
He was born August 28, 1950 in Cumberland county, but has been a resident of Harrisburg for the past 41 years, and was an employee of the Pennsylvania railroad for the entire period. Surviving him are his wife, two children, Frank J. and Mertie C. and ten grand children. Also two sisters, Mrs. Samuel Gates, of Shippensburg, and Mrs. Lee Rudy, this city. Funeral services will be held from the late home tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 0'clock. Interment Camp Hill cemetery.
