She was united in marriage to Kenneth G. Linneman on September 2, 1963 in Tracy, Minnesota. After their marriage they farmed in Hamlin County until retiring and moving into Estelline in 1982. Kenneth died on February 5, 1996 and Madge continued to make Estelline her home. She entered the Estelline Nursing and Care Center on August 5, 2001 and died there on Thursday, August 25, 2005 at the age of 86 years, 10 months and 28 days.
She was a member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church and the altar society.
Grateful for having shared her life are her brother-in law and sisters-in-law, Don Linneman and his wife Shirley of Castlewood, Lena Linneman of Lancaster, CA, Jane Boettcher and her special friend Frank Barthel of Watertown, Darlene Bakke of Herrin, Il, and Carol Laabs of Brookings; several nieces and nephews; many great and great great nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth, her parents, one brother Harold and four sisters, Louise, Marjorie, Meralene and Madora.
