Frances was a native of Randolph County, retired from General Electric, and a member of Union Grove Christian Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Arnold McNeill. Frances enjoyed gardening and working outside. She also enjoyed cooking for family and friends.
Survivors: daughters, Nancy McNeill, and husband, Farrell, of Asheboro, Betty Moran, and husband, James, of Asheboro, sister, Edna Cagle Garner, of Ramseur, brother, Donald Ray Cagle, Sr., of Seagrove, grandchildren, Scott McNeill, Jennifer Mabe, Britt Moran, Beth Moran, great grandchildren, Zach Mabe and Hannah McNeill.
