"In the year of 1886 on September 23, the family was again saddened by the death of their little daughter, Anna Otelia, at the age of one year, 10 months and seven days. The cause of death was dysentery. The last rites were held at Ellington township center school house and she is buried in Ellington cemetery two miles northwest of their home."

Note: This is a cemetery that is easily walked by two people and we did not find Anna Jass' monument. We used a reflector on some of the older stones to read them, but none were Anna. There were some older stones that were in disrepair and not legible and hers could have been one of them, but for photo purposes, she does not have a marker. Diane Gravlee (#47083760)
