MRS. HOLYOAK DEAD
Passes to Well Earned Rest Sunday Night. A Faithful Saint
Sunday night there passed from this life on of Parowan's most highly respected ladies, the wife of Wm. H. Holyoak. She had suffered for several months with heart trouble, but the immediate cause of death was pneumonia, contracted after an attack of the grip.
Mrs. Chloe Rogers Holyoak was born in Parowan in 1850 and was the daughter of Samuel and Matilda Rogers. She was always a most devout Latterday Saint, faithful to the tenants of that faith until the last.
The deceased leaves behing a faithful husband to mourn her departure.
Funeral wervices will be held in the tabernacle this afternoon at 2 o'clock.
