THE LAMAR COUNTY ECHO, December 23, 1980. 'Lenward Marvin Ingram, 81 of Rt. 1, Powderly, died Dec. 15 in a Paris hospital. Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at the Gospel Lighthouse Church in Powderly with the Rev. James Sparks and the Rev. Tim Young officiating. Burial was in Red Hill Cemetery. Steele and Thomas Funeral Home had charge of the arrangements. Mr. Ingram was born in Woods on Oct. 2, 1899, son of Joe Ingram and Delphia Wilson Ingram. He married Willie (Loyce) in Antlers, Okla. on Aug. 31, 1922. Survivors include his wife; four sons, Sam C. Ingram of Paris, Jack C. Ingram and Wayne Ingram both of Powderly and James Carol Ingram of Roanoke, Tex.; six daughters, Lola B. Ramsey of Cosby, Ida B. Robertson and Janie L. Medders both of Dallas, Winnie L. Whitson of Seadrift, Willie Faye Johns of Powderly and Beulah May Kohorst of Dallas; one brother, Hayward Ingram of Paris; one sister, Susie Pascall of Paris; 34 grandchildren and a number of great and great-great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were grandsons, Wayne Kohorst, Tommy Robertson, Jackie Ingram, Sammie Ingram and Frank Ingram.'
