Ezra Foster Ashley, age 79, of Eubank, died 8 May 1990. He was born in Bethelridge, KY., 1 Apr 1911 to the late Solomon Ashley and Sarah Wall. Survivors include his wife, Ruth Witt Ashley; four sons, Carroll Ashley of Orleans IN., Harold Ashley of Las Vegas, Nevada, Robert Ashley of Eubank, and Gerald Ashley of Somerset; three daughters, Joaline Collier of Versailles, Pauline Wilson of London, and Rutheda Reel of Warrenton, MO.; four sisters, Lettie Barbour of Columbus, OH., Dora Wesley and Millie Lewis, both of Chattanooga, TN., and Gladys Carrier of Somerset; and 21 grandchildren. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by four brothers, Silas, Harlan, Ambros and Ezra Perkins Ashley; and three sisters, Rhoda Wesley, Ruth Barbour, and Monta Griffin. Burial was in the Science Hill Cemetery.
