Mrs. Eva R. Hazlett, 708 Harrison street, Princeton, widow of W.W. Hazlett, died Sunday afternoon in Memorial hospital after an illness of two days. A daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. A. J. Henson of Winfield, she was born on December 28, 1869. She was married to Mr. Hazlett in 1899. Survivors include the following children: W.W. Hazlett, Baltimore, Mrs. Clyde Caldwell, Princeton, Jack Hazlett, Rich Creek, Va. and William H. Hazlett, St. Albans. Other survivors include two brothers, J. A. J. Henson, Jr., South Charleston, and W.C. Hazlett, Charleston; four sisters, Mrs. Edith Raines, Nitro, Mrs. Minnie Hall, Buffalo, Mrs. Susan Pittsford, Bidwell, O., and Mrs. Della Gregg, Detroit. The body will remain at Fred-eking-Seaver mortuary, Princeton, pending funeral arrangements.

Last rites will be conducted today at 2 p.m. from the First Methodist church at Princeton for Mrs. Eva R. Hazlett, 708 Harrison street, Princeton, who died Sunday in Memorial hospital. The Rev. J. B. F. Yoak, Jr., pastor of Grace Methodist church, will be the officiating minister. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial park.
