Charles (Charley) Blahnik was born on Sept 24, 1864 to Mathias Blahnik 1835-1911 and Frances (Woracek)1838-1886. He was one of 11 children. In 1900 he was listed as a Wagon Maker. He married Antoinette Aulik (1869-1951) on Feb 24, 1892 at Tisch Mills, WI, St. Mary's Catholic Church. They had nine children; John, 1894-1967, Mary Jachom 1895, Edward 1897-1971, Joseph 1898-1953, Annie 1990-1948, Charles 1903-1992, Louis 1906-1921, Mildred Cooper 1909-1968 and Richard 1910-1996. Charles died in 1922 in Antigo when his youngest child was 12.
