Died last Saturday, the 14th inst, Franciska, wife of Mathias Blahnik in the 40th year of her age. She leaves a husband and seven children to mourn her early departure. the funeral was held last Monday and the remains were laid to rest at Slovan, Father Lager officiating where a large concourse of relatives and friends and neighbors had gathered to witness the ceremonies. The funeral cortege was a long one, consisting of fifty teams loaded to their utmost capacity, driving slowly and soleminly the distance to the house to the cemetery. Rest in Peace.
Frantiska (Vracek, Voracek)Worachek was born in Bohemia. She married Matt (Mathias or Matous) Blahnik Sr and they had eleven Children; Franz 1862-1944, Thomas 1862-1916, Charles 1864-1922,Albert 1866-1908, Herman 1868-1928, Frances 1870-1964, Matt Jr. 1875-1921, Joseph 1875-1952, Rose 1876-, Rudolph 1877-1917 and Maria 1879-1879.
