Alice Perry Lane, 76, of Thorndale was born November 9, 1936 in Milam County, Texas to William Edward and Lucy Lucille (Cuzzort) Perry. She has lived all of her life in Thorndale. Alice worked as a housekeeper for families in the Thorndale area. She was a member of Church of God of Worldwide Association.
Alice passed away Tuesday morning, August 13, 2013 at her caregiver's home near Thorndale. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Jesse Perry on July 27, 2012.
Surviving are her son, Bruce Perry and wife Catherine of Baytown. Five grandchildren, Steven Perry, Hannah Perry and Sarah Perry, Angela Collins and Bill Collins and great-granddaughter Serenity Jones all of Baytown. Her caregiver, Kate Caruso of Thorndale.
Funeral services are scheduled at the Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Salty Cemetery near Thorndale. Pastor David Treybig of Church of God of Worldwide Association will officiate.
Pallbearers are Bruce Perry, Steven Perry, Jimmy Perry, Jimmy Butler, Harvey Cuzzort.
