Jacob is Wilma's grandfather [Jacob Henry 'Jake' Huffman]; lived in Marion, IN & buried IOOF Cem/now Estates Of Serenity Cemetery in Marion, Grant Co Indiana; with wife Iva Mae [Brown] Huffman. Jacob used Rittenhouse name for a very short time as young boy, even my mother Georgia Marie Huffman-Van Ness, stated this. I [Wilma J.Van Ness] have Jacob 1st reader in my possession. Jacob's first reader when he was a young boy starting school hand wrote his name in book as Jacob Rittenhouse by his mother married Reason Rittenhouse. Jacob as little boy then took his father last name of Huffman for life. Jacob father was Jacob Franklin Huffman of Lancaster, IN-Huntington Co. INDIANA & buried in Lancaster, IN.
