The death of Lewis LeBold, a resident of Monterey until about a year ago, occurred Wednesday evening at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Bertha Perry, southwest of Culver. He was seventy eight years of age and had been in failing health for several months, making his home with his only living child since the death of his wife in 1941.
Mr. LeBold was a native of Kentucky, where he was born September 20, 1863. Besides his daughter, he is survived by a brother, John LeBold of Millersburg, Indiana.

Funeral services will be at nine o'clock Saturday morning at St. Ann's Church in Monterey, conducted by the Rev. Leo Breitenbach. Burial will be in St. Ann's cemetery.

The body will remain at the Kennedy funeral home in Winamac until four o'clock Friday afternoon, when it will be taken to the home of the daughter, to remain until the hour of services.
