"John S. Bicknell Killed in Iowa"
Report of the death of John S. Bicknell, age 38, and his son Virgil, age 18, who were killed in near Garden Grove, Iowa, the previous Sunday, when a passenger train struck the automobile in which they were riding. Bicknell had previously resided in Jackson County, KY, and was the son of S. W. Bicknell of Clover Bottom, who survives, and the brother of the late J. P. Bicknell. Bicknell is also survived by his wife and 5 children and several brothers and sisters.
