Robert L. "Bob" Adams, 89 of Belpre, Ohio died on March 24, 2020 at his residence. He was born in Wood County, WV on February 24, 1931 and was the son of the late Robert O. and Mary Greenburg Adams. "Bob was an avid wood worker who paid much attention to his craftsmanship. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a fan of Belpre High School Athletics." For over 55 years, he owned and operated the Bob's Quality Homes in Belpre, Ohio.
Bob is survived by his wife of 65 years, Mary Lou Adams, three sons, Gregory Lee Adams of Belpre, Jeff (Lisa) Adams of Belpre, and Scott Douglas Adams of Belpre. Also surviving are six grandchildren, Staci Marie Adams, Jessi Elizabeth (David) Mills, Dustin and Logan Adams, Brian (Ashlee) Adams, and Elizabeth Adams, four great grandchildren, Claire and Grant Adams, Braxton and Maverick Mills and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Delbert Adams, Eldon Adams, two sisters, Lucille Herbershoff, and Betty Elschlager.
Do to the current health concerns, a private graveside will be held at the Rockland Cemetery.
