Erwin James Hawthorne 20, son of Mr and Mrs James E Hawthorne died at Lee Memorial Hospital following a minor operation his blood unable to coagulate properly. He was a member of the State Street Episcopal Church. For several months he had been in the employ of the Hunter Arms Factory. Burial will be in Mt Adnah. Surviving besides his parents are two sisters Myrtle and Lillian Hawthorne and one brother Lester Hawthorne.
