Ecuadorian football (Soccer) star. He was an international striker who played for Ecuadorian club El Nacional, Mexican Santos Laguna, Birmingham City Football Club of English Premier League and Qatari Al Jaish Sports Club, scoring 140 goals in 303 matches, and was also the third-leading scorer in the history of the Ecuadorian National Football team scoring 24 goals in 58 matches. He participated in the FIFA World Cup Germany 2006 and also played in the Copa America twice in 2007 and 2011. He was member of Ecuadorian National team that is competing for qualifying FIFA World Cup Brazil 2014, where scored four goals.
