A native of Chesterfield County, SC, Mr. Kissiah was a son of the late Marion Joseph and Susie Gainey Kissiah.
He moved to Aiken in 1954 from Jefferson, SC. He owned Kissiah Furniture & Appliance since 1954.
Mr. Kissiah was first married to the late Mary Margaret Benton Kissiah, the mother of his six boys. His second wife was the late Annie Laura Scott Kissiah.
He retired from DuPont at the Savannah River Plant after 34 years of service. He was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents and two wives, Mr. Kissiah was preceded in death by three grandsons, Christopher Brent Kissiah, John Navaer Kissiah and Michael John Kissiah and two sisters, Clarene Johnson and Lib Starnes.
Interment will follow in Southlawn Cemetery.
