Mrs. Fae Hester Reid Campbell, 82, of Allsboro, died Friday, July 23, 2010.

The funeral service will be at 4 p.m. Sunday, July 25, 2010, at Allsboro Cumberland Presbyterian Church. The family will receive friends from 3-4 p.m.

Mrs. Campbell was a member of the Allsboro Cumberland Presbyterian Church, where she served as the first woman deacon in that church, following in the footsteps of the Rev. Louisa Campbell Woosley, the first woman ordained as a minister of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roger E. Campbell; parents, Will and Della Hearn Reid; sisters, Ruth Bishop, Joy Bishop, Pearl Bolding; and brothers, Nathaniel Reid, Elbert Reid and Charlie Lee Reid.

Mrs. Campbell is survived by her daughter, Brenda and husband, Jamey Bellizzi, and graddaughter, Faith Fae Collins, of California; son, Randy and wife, Carolyn Gallagher Campbell, of Kentucky, and granddaughter, Joey Gallagher Burke, of Kentucky; grandsons, Andy Gallagher and Aaron Gallagher, of Tennessee, and five great-grandchildren; twin sister, Mae Hester Hyden, of Allsboro; sister, Susie Malone, of Cherokee; brothers, Paul Reid, of Muscle Shoals, and W.A. Reid Jr., of Tuscumbia. Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
