Mrs. Sarah Elizabeth Harrold, 81, died Friday, Apr. 2, 1965 at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Elvirie Roberts, Elm Grove, W. Va.
Funeral service was conducted Monday at 2 p.m. in Trout Dale Baptist church, with the Rev. Roy Redding, the Rev. Houston Mosier and the Rev. Bryan Childress officiating. Burial followed in Trout Dale cemetery.
She is survived by five additional daughters, Mrs. Reba Mendes, Roanoke, Mrs. Stella Reedy, Stephens, W. Va., Mrs. Clyde Curron, Sweet Springs, W. Va., Mrs. Viola Phipps, Charleston, W. Va., Mrs. Ollie Wiley, South Gate, Calif.; two sons, Sam Pierce, Louisiana, Cescero Murray, Maryland; two sisters, Mrs. Glenn Pierce, Atkins, Mrs. Elva Powers, Pittsburgh; three brothers, W. R. Spence, H. E. Spence, Rocky Gap, Claude Spence, Trout Dale.
Barnett's Funeral Home, Marion, was in charge of arrangements.
