Loren Waiste Inman was born to Alonzo and Caroline Elizabeth Waiste Inman July 28, 1870. His sister, Martha, was his only other sibling. Loren became a school superintendent and he was a Baptist minister. He was also State Senator for Floyd County, Iowa ca. 1909 and was reported to have had the largest handle-bar mustache in the Iowa State Legislature. On April 4, 1893, he married Adelia Viola Clay of Adair, Iowa in Marble Rock.
