The will of her father Rudolph Hammock dated 10 NOV 1783 FREDERICK CO., VA names her as well as the later deeds of transfer.

WILL: Rudy Hammack of the County of Frederick, Nov. 10 1783, to my beloved wife Elisabeth Hammack the lands and plantation I now dwell on during her widowhood, one horse, one cow, four head of sheep, also one breeding sow, one bed and furniture. to my three sons John Hammack, Rudy Hammack, and Jacob Hammack each of my sons I give unto them a horse apiece. Also I give each of them 10 pounds cash apeice, more than my three daughters Nancy Moirs and Mary Sperry, and Elizabeth Hammack. I give the remainder to be equally divided between my 6 children beforenamed and after my wife's death or widowhood, then my land shall be equally divided amongst my six Children beforementioned likewise the remainder of my moveables is to be equally divided amongst my six children after my lawful debts is paid. If any of my children should die without lawful heirs then their part shall be returned to my estate and equally divided amongst those that are surviving. Witnesses Reuben Rousey, John Jones, and Francis Rousey. On April 4 1787 will was brought forth for Randolp (sic) Hammack deceased by oath of Reuben Rousey and Elizabeth Hammock widow of the said deceased. Elizabeth and John Hammack granted letters of administration. BK 5 p. 156

DEED: On May 9, 1818 lists heirs. "Mrs. Moyers, widow and relict of Casper Moyers deceased, Jacob Moyers & Catherine his wife of Rockingham Co, John Moyers & Christianna his wife of the state of Indiana, Casper Moyers & Rachel his wife, Henry Moyers & Margaret his wife of Rockingham, Abraham Moyers, Ann Moyers, Barbara Moyers, and David Moyers of Augusta Co and Rudy Moyers and Daniel Moyers of the county of Rockingham sold 1/5 part of a survey for 81 acres of a certain tract to Henry Hotspillar land situate in Augusta Co. The deed mentions earlier agreement dated April 2 1814 between Casper Moyers and Henry Hotspillar that was not fulfilled due to Gasper's death. (Augusta Co VA Deed Book 42 p 354)
