Funeral services for Blanche Reaves Kissiah, 92, were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2001, at Lakeview Baptist Church. The Rev. Charles Boswell will officiate with the burial in Swift Creek Baptist Church Cemetery directed by Brown-Pennington-Atkins Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Lamar Rescue Squad.
Mrs. Kissiah, widow of John H. Kissiah, W. A. Watkins and Wallace Lunn, died Sunday, Sept. 2, 2001. Born in Lee County, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Fannie King Reaves. She was a member of Lakeview Baptist Church.
Surviving are her sons and daughters-in-law; Tom and Margaret Lunn of Camden, Jim Lunn of Hartsville, Larry and Glenda Kissiah of Hartsville; daughters and son-in-law, Sybil Langston of Hartsville, Brenda and Tracy Phillips of Lamar; grandchildren, Gail Aldrich, Mark Lunn, Kim Hayden, Tony Lunn, Lori Easterling, Tara Phillips, Tray Phillips, Theresa Lunn, Amy Kissiah, Joey Kissiah; eight great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her son, Cleve Lunn.
