He was employed as a traffic clerk for 45 years by the Missouri-Kansas-Texas Railroad prior to his retirement in 1969.
His wife Mrs. Nellis Fonda, died in 1957.
Surviving is his step-mother, Mrs. Kathryn Fonda and a step-brother, Harry Herwig.
