Death Is Due to Influenza and Pneumonia; Funeral to Be Held Friday.
Miss M. Isabella Boshart, daughter of Jacob and Elisabeth Moore Boshart, passed away at her residence. 405 South Perry street, yesterday afternoon, about 1 :30 o'clock. She had been ill since Thursday and death was due to influenza and pneumonia. She was horn May 1, 1853, on the Boshart Homestead located on the Johnstown-Fonda highway, where she resided until a few months ago. Her education was obtained In the district school and the Johnstown Academy. In early life she became a member of the Presbyterian church of this city, and later transferred her membership to the United Presbyterian church, and since then had been a regular attendant of the latter church and a member and worker of it's missionary and Ladles' Aid societies. She is survived by three sisters. Kate Y. Boshart, Josephine F. Boshart and Alice B. Vosburgh, one niece Elsie V. Moore, one nephew. Herbet M. Vosburgh, besides two grand-nephews, all residing in Johnstown. The funeral will be held at the residence. 405 South Perry street. Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Rev. James W.. Hood, pastor of the Catted Presbyterian church will officiate, and interment will be made in the Johnstown cemetery.
