Arthur Verdon "Don" Nielson, 67, of Helper, Utah, and formerly of Richfield, Utah, died June 28, 1995.He was born October 9, 1927 in Richfield, Utah to Harold Arthur and Ruby Lewis Nielson. He married Betty Cornwell, December 20, 1947; they later divorced. He married Brenda Edenton August 3, 1982. The marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.He is survived by wife, Brenda; Helper; six sons and three daughters, Paula and Bob Matotek, Ogden; Valerie and Tom Stechschulte, Christine and Denny Stapley, Jeffery and Celesta Nielson, Lewis and Angela Nielson, Dana Nielson, all of Salt Lake City; Gregory and Katherine Nielson, Bellingham, Wash.; Russell and Bambi Nielson, American Fork; Darrell Nielson, Helper; two stepdaughters, LaTonya Rushton, Michel'le Bankhead, both Helper; 35 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; sister, Arlene Maxfield, Salt Lake City. Preceded in death by parents; and two brothers.Funeral services will be held Monday, July 3, 1995, at 1 p.m. in the Nell S.
