Veteran of 3 Wars Dies In Hospital
Arthur Boyd, of Lancaster, who was a veteran of the Philippine Insurrection, the Boxer Uprising and the World War, died yesterday evening at St. Joseph's hospital at the age of 44.
In each of the three wars, Boyd saw overseas service. He was a resident of Lancaster since he was a small boy, and later was a member of the National Guard of Milwaukee. During the World War, he went overseas with the First Division, and was stationed in Germany for a time after the war.
He was a member of the McCaskey Lodge, Spanish-American War veterans of Lancaster.

FUNERAL OF ARTHUR BOYD
Funeral services for Arthur Boyd, of Pequea, who died in St. Joseph hospital Wednesday night, will be held Saturday morning at 11 o'clock at Bethel M. E. church, lower York county. Burial will be in the family plot in the adjoining cemetery. The body may be viewed at the Robinson undertaking parlors, this evening.
