Herbert A. Booth left this earth on July, 13, 2013 after a valiant 27 month battle with AML.

He was born in Barbour County, W. Va., February 14, 1929. He was a former Marine and he worked for Consolidated Freightways for 40 years. He retired in 1989. Herb received the "Elder Caregiver of the Year Award" from the State of Ohio in 2004 for his care of his wife Ruby.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Ruby; parents, Wade McKinley and Blonda Bly Booth; sister Reda, brothers, Dewey, Leonard and James Booth; brothers-in-law, Bob Randlett, Elmer Hendershot, Ira, Dallas and James White; sisters-in-law, Vieva, Betty, and Jeanie Booth, Marlene McCauley and Veva White. Herb is survived by his loving companion, Audrey Bollinger; daughter, Shelby (Gary) Brown; son, Allen (Nicole) Booth; brothers, Clarence (Betty Jean), Fred, Clayton (Irma), Kenneth (Judy) and Marvin Booth; sisters, Nina (Bobby) Fridley and Anna Hendershot; and sisters-in-law, Ruth Randlett, Joyce White, Edith and Lillian Booth. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, dear friends and his faithful dog, "Champ."
