Lavena and Hank were married 24 March 1935, in Oklahoma where they made their home. They moved to New Mexico for a while, and then moved back to Oklahoma. They had their three daughters in Oklahoma, before moving to California. They lived in Fair Oaks for the rest of their lives.

We didn't know Lavena was buried with Hank, until the second year that we were talking to the sexton about family graves, and he mentioned her burial in passing. She has no headstone.

Udpate: Her children had a headstone placed for her in 2013...
