YADKINVILLE - Mr. Harlie Ray Marshall, 66, a loving husband, father, and grandfather, of Washington Street went home to be with his Lord on Saturday, Dec. 16, 2006, at his home. He was born Aug. 28, 1940, in Pulaski County to the late Stanley and Gracie Henley Marshall. Mr. Marshall was a retired truck driver for Beroth Oil Co., and was also preceded in death by his sister, Susie Bolin. Surviving are his wife, Jewel Delphine "Judy" Lawson Marshall, of the home; two sons, Donald (Tammy) Marshall, of Yadkinville and Doug (Susane) Marshall, of Yadkinville; three grandchildren, Hannah Marshall, Addy Marshall and Ty Marshall; two sisters, Helen (John) Brooks, of Hillsville, Va. and Judy Ann (Larry) Quesenberry, of Hillsville; and three brothers, Leroy (Evelyn) Marshall, of Pulaski, Va., Charles (Kay) Marshall and Edward (Carolyn) Marshall, all of Hillsville, Va. His funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 19, in the Gentry Family Chapel by the Rev. Hubert Wishon and the Rev. Bruce Freeman. Burial will follow in Northwood Baptist Church Cemetery.
