BEERY, Myler Moyer "Mike", age 86, of Roseburg passed away Saturday, March 22, 1997 at his home. He was born July 8, 1910 in Burns, Oregon to Charles and Lory (MYLER) Beery. Mr. Beery served in the US Army during WWII. On July 2, 1947 in Portland, Oregon Mike was united in marriage with Lucille Leyland who preceded him in death on October 24, 1991.

The Beery's moved to Roseburg in 1947 and started Roseburg Glass Company which they operated until they retired in 1976. On June 12, 1992 in Roseburg Mike was united in marriage to Eleanor Barney. Mr. Beery was devoted to the Masonic Lodge for 52 years, was a past president of the Roseburg Shrine Club and Coos Bay-North Bend Shrine Club, Moose Lodge, Elks and the Roseburg Country Club. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and boating.

Survivors include his wife, Eleanor Beery of Roseburg; his daughter, Raye Johns of Springfield, Oregon; step-daughters, Cathy Barney of Lynnwood, Washington and Robyn Hansen and her husband Tom of Toledo, Oregon; grandchildren, Joel and Joshua Hutchins; cousins, Helen Cameron and her husband George of Woodland Hills, California and Emma Jane Miller of Penn Valley, California and nieces and nephews.

Mike was preceded in death by his brother Charles Beery.
