Funeral services for Mrs. Rebecca Fears, 92, who died in a local hospital following an extended illness, will be conducted Sunday at 2 p.m. in the First Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. J. D. Simmons officiating and interment in the Cedar Grove Cemetery.

The body will lie in state at Tims Funeral Home until service time.

Mrs. Fears was born in Panola County and had lived in Lufkin for the past 70 years. She was a member of the First Missionary Baptist Church and the American Woodmen Camp No. 71.

Survivors include:
* Nephews: Gus Stephens, Travis Carter, Grady Carter, Robert L. Bulrris, Herman Collins, Syble Collins, __ Stevens, Robert Stevens ___ (unable to read)
* Nieces: Mrs. Tressie Burns, Mrs. Lovie Terry, Mrs. Burea Dalbert, Mrs. Lillie Bell Bailey and Mrs. Mary Jane Chatman and Mrs. Gwendolyn Carter
