Helen 'Sallie' Rhodes Vines married Joseph Green Vines 10 January 1906 • Comanche County, Texas. Sallie shows up on the Texas Death Index.

At this time Dec 2017 little is known about her and her child Desmond's life. Texas usually has documented birth and deaths but little is known as of yet, more changes when they are found... No certificate of death as of yet only for her brother in laws wife Lallie who passed the same month as her and her son Desmond

Until now, only the birth document of their child has shown up. At this time it is thought that this was their only child who was born 26 Nov 1908 and passed a few days shy of 7 months.

Though her stone says the 9th Texas Death index claims the 28th, either was it was thought because so many family members passed in or near that June it was originally thought it meant to to an outbreak of one of the many sicknesses that plagued the nation around this time such as Typhoid or Cholera.

The headstones must be wrong as Desmond's certificate of death is one day previous 19th. His certificate of death is #14750, a bit confusing because his Aunt Lalla 'Lola or Lallie' Rebecca (Bridges) Vines memorial #113417535, passed 20 Jun 1909 and her certificate #14751 is directly after Desmonds.

1910 Census shows her husband Joseph Green Vines as widowed, and shortly after this date he remarried.
