Della Moore, 92, widow of William H. Fonda, 31 Pine St., died Wednesday at 2:55 p.m. at the Resthaven Adult Home, 108 Division St. Mrs. Fonda was born at West Amsterdam Sept. 19, 1872, a daughter of Michael and Sarah Jane Clark Moore. She was a member of the First Methodist Church and the Woman's Society of Christian Service and Progressive Bible Class of the church. Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. John C. Bork, Butte, Mont.; one son, Robert H. Fonda, Amsterdam; six grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Amsterdam NY Daily Democrat and Recorder, Thursday, June 10, 1965.
