She is the widow of James Wellington "Billy" Campbell, who served Mayor Washington as well.
She is survived by her grand-niece, Caren Elisabeth Norris; grand-nephew, Kenneth Jacques Norris; great-grand-niece, Krystan Elizabeth Norris; great-grand-nephews, Kenneth and Kamal Norris; goddaughter, Stephanye Fauntleroy; dear friend, Phyllis Fauntleroy; a host of cousins, relatives and friends.
