Mr. Creel
Funeral services for Belton V. Creel, 62, of New Castle, were held today at New Castle Baptist Church. The Rev. J.M. Partain officiated. Burial was in Bethel Cemetery. Roebuck Chapel directing.
Mr. Creel, a retired employe of TCI, died in a local hospital Sunday. A native of Jefferson County, he was a member of New Castle Baptist Church and New Castle Masonic Lodge.
Surviving are his wife; two daughters, Mrs. Joe Sullivan, Huntsville, and Mrs. Norman Sorenson, Pinson; three sons, Jerry Creel, Huntsville; Eddie Creel, Gardendale, and Billy Ray Creel, Shreveport, La.; a sister, Mrs. Annie Wilson, Birmingham; and two brothers, Grady Marcum, Haleyville, and Anderson Brakefield, Corner.
